Production and Shipping Information
All AMOREeVALORE products are custom-made using a print-on-demand process.
This means your item is produced just for you.
Production time:
Typically 2–7 business days
+ Shipping time (after production):
approx. 3–14 business days
Please note:
During periods of high demand, holidays, or shipping delays, these times may be extended. For orders containing multiple products, shipments may be sent in separate packages.
Right of Return
Consumers generally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs (Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB)).
Since our products are individually manufactured on demand after an order is placed, there is no right of withdrawal. A return or exchange for reasons such as change of mind is therefore not possible.
Exception – Damaged or Defective Goods:
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly resolve the issue for you immediately.
