Production and Shipping Information
All AMOREeVALORE products are custom-made using a print-on-demand process.
This means your item is produced just for you.
Production time:
Typically 2–7 business days
+ Shipping time (after production):
approx. 3–14 business days
Please note:
During periods of high demand, holidays, or shipping delays, these times may be extended. For orders containing multiple products, shipments may be sent in separate packages.
Right of Return
Consumers generally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods
that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs (Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB)).
Since our products are individually manufactured on demand after an order is placed, there is no right of withdrawal.
Exception – Damaged or Defective Goods:
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photographic evidence at: amore.valore@hotmail.com
In this case, we will offer a replacement or refund. We will find the best solution for you.
